1.Behaviour/Conduct Policy

Barça Academy India / SportsNTW Private Limited (SportsNTW) reserves the right at its absolute discretion to refuse applications for its football camp to any of the participant.

Barça Academy India / SportsNTW Private Limited reserves the right at its absolute discretion to exclude or remove abusive or disruptive participants from its football camp.

All participants in a Barça Academy India football camp are responsible for their own behaviour and conduct. Any physical or verbal abuse whatsoever will be treated with zero tolerance and will result in the immediate removal of the participant from Barça Academy India football camp.

Parents or Guardians must notify in advance Barça Academy India/SportsNTW or its staff if they wish to remove their child from any session.

All participants in a Barça Academy India football camp are responsible for complying with the course timetable.

Barça Academy India/ SportsNTW will not provide any refunds or credit for any session, or part thereof missed, as a consequence of lateness, absence or removal.

All participants in a Barça Academy India football camp must be self-sufficient and will be expected to use the bathroom and eat and drink on their own and apply sunscreen themselves when reminded by Barça Academy India or its staff.

All participants in the Barça Academy India football camp must wear the required Barça Academy India uniform at all times, as well as appropriate footwear (football boots or sneakers depending on the session) and shinpads.

2. Liability

Barça Academy India /SportsNTW accepts no responsibility for any loss of, or damage to, personal property whilst attending, or participating in, any Barça Academy India football camp.

Barça Academy India /SportsNTW and its staff accept no responsibility for any injury, death, loss or damage to any person occurring out of, or in relation to, any Barça Academy India football camp.

Parents and Guardians are aware of, and fully understand, the risks associated with their children participating in a Barça Academy India football camp and acknowledge that their children participate at their own risk and shall indemnify and keep idemnified Barça Academy India/ SportsNTW and its staff against all actions, suits, proceedings, demands, costs and expenses which may be taken or made against Barça Academy India/SportsNTW.

If a Parent or Guardian of a participant is unable to be contacted, or it is otherwise impractical for the Parent or Guardian to be contacted, Barça Academy India/SportsNTW and its staff are authorised to:

• Consent to a participant receiving medical or dental treatment from a medical practitioner in the event of an illness or accident
• Administer or consent to such first aid as Barça Academy India/SportsNTW and its staff may consider to be reasonably necessary in the case of illness or injury.

Parents and Guardians acknowledge and accept all risk involved in the administration of any medical or dental treatment or first aid considered to be reasonably necessary and the responsibility of payments of all expenses incurred in relation to such treatment or aid including, but not limited to, any emergency transportation required.

Parents and guardians must disclose to Barça Academy India/SportsNTW any medical condition that their children participating in a Barça Academy India football camp have on the application form. This information will be kept strictly confidential by Barça Academy/SportsNTW and its staff unless required to be disclosed for treatment or aid purposes.

3. Weather Policy/Timetable Changes

Whilst Barça Academy India endeavours to operate its football camp in accordance with the course timetable, it reserves the right at its absolute discretion to make changes to the course timetable, including but not limited to, venue, dates and times.

Barça Academy India and its staff will take appropriate action at its absolute discretion to protect participant welfare in the event of extreme weather conditions. If required, Barça Academy India and its staff will contact Parents or Guardians to collect their children. In the event of inclement weather once camp begins, all participants will be asked to leave the field to the designated shelter area. If camp is cancelled once started, you will be asked to return to the field and pick up your player. We do not provide indoor facilities to house the participants.

Barça Academy India will not provide refunds or credit for any session, or part thereof missed, as a consequence of extreme weather conditions which prevent Barça Academy India from continuing or altering any session or the course timetable generally.

4. Cancellation/Refund Policy

Parents and Guardians acknowledge that by enrolling in a Barça Academy India football camp they are committing to a service contract.
Barça Academy India football camps are subject to change or cancellation.

Barça Academy India will not provide refunds or credit unless it cancels a football camp as a result of its own inability to conduct the camp due to non-availability of coaches/staff. Liability is limited to a full refund of the price for the football camp and does not include any costs for loss, delay, inconvenience, disappointment, travel, interest or other expense whatsoever. The amount will be refunded within 30 days in your original payment method.
Please note that our fees are non-refundable. However, the full amount you paid initially is guaranteed, and you have the flexibility to apply the registration value to a future camp or transfer it to another player (valid until 31/12/2025).

Camps are subject to change or cancellation without notice at any time for any reason, including if the number of participants registered is insufficient to host the camp. Incase of cancellation of camp by our staff, full refunds are issued within 30 days of cancellation or participants can choose to transfer the fee paid to attend any of the other camps based on availability. If the camp is cancelled Barça Academy India will not provide refunds or credit unless it cancels a football camp as a result of its own inability to conduct the camp due to non-availability of coaches/staff. Our liability in such a case is limited to a full refund of the price, and we will not be liable for any other costs, damages, or refunds of any kind for any loss, delay, inconvenience, disappointment, travel, interest or other expense whatsoever in such circumstances. No refunds will be given if a program in progress has to be interrupted or cancelled for reasons beyond our control.

If the location or schedule of the camp is changed with less than 07 days’ notice, you shall be able to request a refund. If the camp location is changed, it will typically be due to external causes beyond the control of the organization and the inability to carry out the camp in the best and most professional manner. The new location shall not be more than 25 miles from the last location.

Force Majeure and Acts of God – In the event Barça Academy India/Sports NTW Private Limited is unable to perform its obligations under the terms of this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control like terrorism, a pandemic, war, air strike, any advisory issued by state or central govt related to war or war like situation,labour strikes, adverse weather conditions, etc., Barça Academy India/Sports NTW will not be liable to provide any refund for services not delivered due to any such circumstances.

WAIVER

We the undersigned hereby certify that I/We am/are the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of the child./participant

Consent for medical treatment:

We hereby give permission for the staff of the Barça Academy Football Camp to seek appropriate medical attention for the child and for the medical attention to be given and for the child to receive medical attention in the event of accident, injury or illness. I/We will be responsible for any and all costs of medical attention and treatment, except for that covered by the camp’s excess medical coverage policy.

Athletics Release:

We hereby acknowledge that our child is physically fit and mentally capable of participating in football camp activities. I/we hereby acknowledge that playing or practicing soccer is a potentially hazardous activity. I/we agree that I/we am/are voluntarily entering and assuming all risks associated with participating in those activities, including but not limited to falls, contacts with other participants, the effects of weather including heat and or humidity, and the conditions of the training grounds and facilities, all risks being understood and appreciated by you.
I/We, the undersigned for ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators hereby waive, release, and forever discharge SportsNTW Private Limited (SPORTSNTW) and FC Barcelona staff, officers, agents, employees, representatives and successors and assign of and from all rights and claims for damages, injury or loss to person or property which may be sustained or occur during participation in Camp activities or while at camp, whether or not damages, injury or loss is due to negligence.
I also hereby acknowledge that no refunds will be given due to any type of injury occurring during the camp.

Use material for promotional purposes:

I/We hereby give permission to Barça Academy India/ Sports NTW Private Limited to use pictures and videos of the child to promote future events organized by the company.
