We are the official football training academy of FC Barcelona in India, with the objective of developing grassroots football talent through structured various coaching programs, camps, tournaments, experiences, clinics and educational initiatives (“Academy Programme(s)”).
By accessing or using this Website, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, and any additional terms that may apply to specific services.

This personally identifiable information may include but is not limited to, the your full name, their base city, date of birth, gender, field position, school, and contact information like email and phone number. and any other details required in the Registration Form.
- We collect personal information from you such as you name, phone number and email address, when you request information about our services through our Query Form, request customer or technical support, or otherwise communicate with us.
- We also collect the contents of messages or attachments that you may send to us, as well as other information you choose to provide and that may be associated with your communications with us.
3.Information we collect about you from our Website.
A. We, as well as third parties that provide content, advertising, or other functionality on the Website may use cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and other technologies (“Technologies”) to automatically collect personal information through the Website. - All registrations for minors must be made by their Responsible Adults acting on behalf of the minor. We do not undertake behavioral tracking, profiling or targeted advertising involving children. Verifiable consent is obtained in accordance with Section 9 of the DPDP Act.
- If you, as a parent, learn that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, you may contact us at support@barcaacademy.in. If we learn that we have collected a child’s information in violation of applicable law, we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s data.
DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
- We may share your personal information for the following purposes:
