The Barça Academy is a sports school aimed at boys and girls from 4 to 17 years old which follows and replicates the game model established in the coaching teams at FC Barcelona.
Barça Academies work with their own unique model, based on the Barça methodology used in lower categories to the first team alike , with a proactive, collective and creative style of play, and with an indispensable transmission of values: respect, humility, effort, ambition and teamwork.
The academy ensures both, highest-quality infrastructure and individual focus on each player to promote physical, mental, emotional and social development. It is a highly credible and aspirational integrated learning hub for every football player – recreational or professional!
Personality growth along with Barça cultivated values and behaviours which become reliable personal resources for winning in life.
Coaching under the guidance of a Technical Director from FC Barcelona, deputed in India, to ensure that the philosophy and methodology is adhered to, without dilution.
Each training group consists of 8-14 players, which ensures that every player receives quality attention from all of our coaches. No queues, Everyone plays all 75 minutes!

Every practice session and match day is meticulously planned by Barça trained coaches to mirror match-like situations, and reviewed by the Technical Director from FC Barcelona.
An inter-centre competition to provide exposure and practice to students through leagues such as Major League, Super League and Pro League
Each player in the training group has a ball available at all times. Drills are designed so as to engage all players at all times.
Player medical care is a priority. A trained physiotherapist is present at every location at all times, backed with state-of-the-art infrastructure ground facilities with a Nike football and kit for every player.
